The location is great, the place is very clean, spacious, tastefully furnished, and the hostess is friendly; nothing to complain about.

The room was perfect, the bed super comfortable, and the reception included a coffee machine, microwave, coffee pods, and fresh water—many details and everything needed, great location, we felt very comfortable. The main street location means that, despite good soundproofing, traffic near Plaza Mayor can be heard a little.

The location is fantastic, the views from the window are very beautiful, it’s quiet and cozy. The mattress felt a bit firm.

Cleanliness, order, location, and the contact with the person who handled our WhatsApp messages were all very simple. We’ll definitely book again when we return to Cuenca. Parking is a bit far, but that’s understandable for the city.
