Great location and friendly staff. We got upgraded to the hampden suite, which was a lovely surprise and was a beautiful room. The views were stunning. We had no issues walking around Hobart as the hotel is so central. Modern facilities and great vibe!

A great hotel with friendly staff and locals. The rooms are nice and it sits right in the middle of Battery Point. The surroundings are historic, and the city is just a short walk away. I’d recommend it to others.

The hotel room was great—clean, spacious, and the bathroom was well sized. The view from the room was nice. The restaurant/bar downstairs served good food and drinks. It’s only about a 10‑minute walk to the main centre. Other guests were loud and kept waking me up until around 4am. The main entrance door was smashed in during the night; I’m not sure if that’s just bad luck or if the area is generally rough. The price for one night seemed a little expensive.
