The location is outstanding—right along the Zambezi River, exactly as described. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise in terms of quality. The staff are exceptionally well trained, and the rooms are spacious and well designed. Nothing to complain about.
The hotel entrance feels quite safe with security, and the accommodation itself is great. The surrounding area isn’t so great.
