The room’s size and location were great, and the staff were attentive at all times. I would have preferred more lighting in the room; I knew it was a fourth‑floor room without an elevator, and the bathroom is outside the room.

The location is great! The owner was incredibly accommodating and nice, showing that he really cares about his guests. The room was tidy and very clean, and the AC was strong. It’s on the 4th floor, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be a bit uncomfortable for some people.

Location – a great starting point. Host – perfect; the reported air‑conditioning fault was fixed within 1 h, and he was very helpful with everything. The private bathroom was exclusive, though there was no balcony; if you’re only looking to stay overnight, the room is ideal. The set includes plates, cutlery, a iron, a kettle, a hair dryer, and a fridge. The only issue might be for older guests to reach the 4th floor via narrow stairs in a stairwell without ventilation, but that’s not the host’s fault, as the stairwell is also used by residents of Valletta.

The room also had air‑conditioning and a fan. It was on the fourth floor with a lift area, but there wasn’t enough equipment like detergents, soaps or water; all of that was at our own expense. Entering the room required passing through a shared space, which violated our privacy.
