The hosts, Ofelia and her husband, were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The room was spotless, the air‑conditioning worked great with its own remote, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. They even offered motorbike rentals so we could explore the whole island, and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxed.

Ofelia and Hugo were exceptionally kind, greeting us each morning with a fresh Colombian coffee delivered right to our door. Hugo’s love for Brazilian football was obvious—he’d have been thrilled with a Flamengo shirt—and the inn is a short walk from the São Judas Church, with cafés, a market, an ATM and tiny shops along the waterfront route from the San Andrés sign.
