The room was excellent and the food was very good, but the location was far from towns.

The hotel’s location is great, the family package is adequate and you get good value. The service is very low. Housekeeping starts only after an 8‑night booking; if you book less you can pay a fee for cleaning. Towels are also only changed after an 8‑night stay, but you can pay 2.50 € per person for a towel change. For a room price over 150 € per night, that should already be included.

“Worth a try, be sure to look after your own kid because othet kids bully them with no repercussions”

The overall experience was pretty solid, the only downside being the food. The kids’ menu was shockingly unhealthy, all sugary treats or the same pasta bolognese every day, giving very few choices. Play areas were meant for all children, and one was even for little babies, but older kids would grab all the toys from the younger ones and no parents were around to intervene. I had to sit beside my baby, and the older kids stopped snatching his toys or hitting him.

The child programmes and offers were nice. The only issue was that we had to pay extra for everything, including parking; we arrived with two cars and had to pay twice. There was only a final cleaning. I had stayed here seven years ago and it was better then – those hidden fees weren’t there.
