The location was great, close to the train, and the bus stop was just outside the building. A big plus was the free parking, though it’s on the other side of the street; you can still drive a few minutes to the door to unpack and pack later. The beds were very comfortable, the linens clean, and daily housekeeping with towel changes was a big plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Joker Card extra gave us a lot of savings on many attractions, buses, and trains. The balcony view looked straight at a huge, wide mountain with a town on the sides. Breakfast was tasty, could have been a touch more varied, but keep the croissants—they’re delicious. The bathroom was clean and nice, with hot water always available. The rest wasn’t a major issue, since the main goal was to explore Austria, and spending time in the hotel was a waste, especially when the weather was nice.

“Prima prijs/kwaliteit”

Great price‑to‑quality ratio and a decent distance from both the cable cars and the town center. The staff were friendly and did what they could with the resources they had. Parking along the main road isn’t great, and the steep entrance path is poorly maintained. An SUV could manage, but our sedan struggled with the low clearance.

“Niet te luxe maar prijsverhouding was perfect”

The location was solid, and the Joker card was a great perk – two cable cars included for free. We even took a day trip to Grossglockner. The pizza at Mangia is a must‑try, seriously delicious. The only downside is the steep path to the hotel – not ideal if you have mobility issues.

“Recommended”

We stayed in a nice room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. A pleasant surprise was getting Joker cards that let us use the local cable cars and the pool.
