“Decepcionante”

The location was good, but the two rooms my friends and I stayed in had an unbearable mold smell that kept us from sleeping—our stay was only for that purpose. The bathroom in my room had hair on the floor and walls, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned, which contradicted the positive reviews I had read; had I known this, we wouldn’t have booked.

“Só gostei dos funcionários, muito atenciosos”

The first room I received smelled bad and the air conditioner didn’t work, so I had to switch it. There was only one outlet in the room, the minibar had no power source, so I had to borrow an extension, and getting hot water took forever. The covered parking was too low; the trunk lid hit the roof, forcing me to open it outside the cover, and if it rained everything got wet.
