The breakfast was disappointing—very sparse compared to the two‑star experience I had the previous day at a three‑star hotel. The spa area was lovely. The staff were only averagely friendly, basically just polite.

Very relaxing, the spot is calm and high quality, in the middle of the mountains.

The staff were friendly. Nice alpine feel. The rooms are very small. There is no air conditioning. Many staff did not speak English. There are no facilities nearby – you need a car.
