Alexandra, the manager, and Sebastian were both incredibly kind and provided top-notch customer service, making me feel truly welcome.
I loved the central location of this hotel, which was literally right in the heart of everything and just across from a parking lot for easy access.
The breakfast looked good, but unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try it.

“Fantastisch hotel, kom graag terug”
Everything was great—what a wonderful hotel! The location is perfect, a 15‑minute walk to the city center and on the other side to the Carolus Thermen. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was huge and the beds were cozy.
I booked the hotel because it met my search criteria: parking/garage, but I ended up checking in by mistake and didn’t stay there because I needed to leave my fully packed car (return trip from holiday) in a nearby public parking lot. The hotel has no own parking, so I paid for nothing and feel somewhat deceived.
