Everyone was very friendly and helpful; I’d definitely stay here again.
“Confortable, lugar muy acogedor y confortable, seguro, bonito y limpio!”
The hotel feels very cozy, safe, and comfortable—like home. The only thing that could use a bit more light in the rooms.
The room was spacious, but the bathroom clogged and there was no hot water.

The room was spacious, but the breakfast was a disaster—dirty cutlery, an unpleasant waitress, and the place isn’t even a four‑star hotel. We tried to pay cash for our reservation, yet the front‑desk clerk said he had no change and that we’d have to sort it out with his manager the next morning. The manager was even less pleasant and told us she had no change either, forcing us to pay by card. I had $100 and was supposed to pay $80, so they couldn’t refund the $20—even in local currency! The claim that the hotel is close to Juan Santamaria airport is a lie. I’m completely disappointed.
