The hotel is very centrally located near many conveniences. However, the reception was awful; the room wasn’t ready until 5 pm even though check‑in was at 2 pm because the previous guest apparently “delayed” their checkout. The bathroom looked old and untidy, and the shower was worn out and even scary to use.

The hotel feels luxurious and the staff are extremely helpful. The TV was awful because we couldn’t find the news channel we wanted in the morning; that channel only showed football. Also, during showers the water would stop to a trickle, then turn cold, before returning to a normal flow.
