The owner was friendly and helpful, always ready to take care of you, show scenic walks, and explain local wildlife—especially the birds—but the place feels a bit dated, though that’s part of its charm.

“Great place to stay”

The views were stunning and the location made it a great base for exploring nearby sites; the food was also excellent. However, the living area with the fireplace can become so smoky that the smoke drifts into rooms close by.

“Fantastic B&B near Kamberg.”

The lodging is superb and has everything you need to feel at home, with a very relaxed and welcoming vibe. Janet is an amazing host who assists with everything thanks to her local knowledge, and the option to dine in is a nice bonus. It’s just 20 minutes from the San Rock Art Centre. Nothing else to mention.

“Lovely experience at Molweni Kamberg B&B”

We came as a couple on a leisure trip, enjoyed a beautiful hike in the Kamberg Nature Reserve, and spent an entire day indoors by the fire because of the icy cold weather. Janet was an excellent and attentive hostess, a great cook, and paid close attention to any guest needs. We loved our stay. The temperature was very low and there was snow on the mountains; a heater in the room or bathroom would have made it even more comfortable.
