“Didn’t stay there. Couldn’t get in touch with the property”
I had a terrible experience with this hotel, starting from the moment I tried to contact them about my reservation. The phone number I found was actually a random person's number in Waco, and after sending a message, I received no response. To make matters worse, when I checked the hotel's phone number on their website, it was listed as out of order. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
“Never got to stay this hotel sucks and not let friendly even if you pay a pet fee”
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was cut short due to their pet policy, which we weren't aware of. We had to cancel our reservation and were promised a refund, but we never received it. This was a huge inconvenience, and we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
“Gatesville stay”
My stay had its ups and downs - the evening front desk clerk was a standout, always ready to help, while the breakfast staff were attentive but had a language barrier that made it tough to communicate. On the downside, the pool was small and in need of a clean, and the hotel's age showed in the worn rooms and hard beds. Despite these issues, the friendly service made a big impression. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. When we arrived, we found that the mini shampoo and conditioner in our room had already been used, which was a major turn-off. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk was rude, and the hallway outside our room smelled like a rotting body. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this hotel anytime soon.
