“Lindo pero con mucho por mejorar”

The room was spacious and lovely, great for relaxing, but the jacuzzi, though as shown in the photos, could have been cleaned better before my arrival. The pool looked dirty every day, there was no restaurant service or food ordering options, and even a microwave was missing because the hotel isn’t in the town center. The spa was also out of service.

“Decepcionante.”

Avoid the Cortezas rooms. The bathroom in the Cortezas room is a huge disappointment with 50‑year‑old finishes. The hot‑water tub is cement, not commercial, and doesn’t work. Hot water only kicks in after 15 minutes of leaving the tap open in the middle of summer. The entire bathroom floor, including the tub and shower, has yellow stains—unhygienic and in urgent need of restoration. If you want the rooms shown in the photos, ask for the newer ones; those may have a new hot‑water tub. The SpA service with beer is no longer available. The pool isn’t heated. There’s no dining or restaurant service, no invoices, no reception phone, and you have to leave your room to find the caretaker. The property is far from town. Staff have little control over the hotel’s shortcomings, and everything seems to be managed suspiciously by a “corporate” that doesn’t issue invoices and offers little to complain about.

“Muy bonitas instalaciones”

I liked the beautiful facilities and the staff were very friendly, but there was no restaurant, bar, or spa, so you have to leave the hotel to buy food, and the jacuzzi was very dirty.
