Cleaning, staff behaviour, view of Ganga and hills – everything was good, but the elevator was missing, which is the only shortcoming.

The room was clean and service was nice, yet there is no restaurant inside the hotel. It’s near Laxman Jhula but cars can’t go directly there, and the pictures shown in the app are misleading; there are no Ganga Maa views from the room or building. You have to walk at least 1 km with all your luggage, and about 200 to 300 meters of that is uphill.
