The location was great, and nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome! I think the gated area added to the apartment’s security, so you feel safe staying there. I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with :-)

We had the best time staying here! The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome, at ease and safe. The property is a true gem—newly renovated with sparkling clean rooms and bathroom. The living room and kitchen were well‑maintained and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need from TV, refrigerator, to kitchen utensils. It was such a relaxing and clean environment. The location is excellent—within walking distance of retail outlets (Ross, Calvin Klein, Guess, etc.) shops and popular restaurants. We also loved the beautiful tropical flower garden surrounding the property—it was the perfect little slice of paradise. Plus, Tumon Bay and the beach are just a few minutes’ drive. I wish I had more time to enjoy everything the location had to offer.
