Hotel Eight

The hotel is very clean and close to the metro. Estella and Lola were very friendly and helped with everything I needed, and they also provide a good breakfast.

The Eight hotel is a wonderful place to stay within walking distance of Tbilisi’s tourist center. While traveling through Georgia, my companion and I found this cozy spot by chance while strolling the streets, without having booked in advance. At the entrance, a very friendly administrator named Lola welcomed us. We really liked the room, and the reception was very hospitable. We were not disappointed at all by staying in such a charming place. The staff also speaks Russian fluently.

The staff are superb, giving the feeling of visiting relatives. It’s my first time in Georgia, and I’m very happy that it started here; the value for money is excellent, it’s clean, cozy, and thanks for the services provided! 🩵

“Great option for good price, super comfy!”

The ladies running the place are very kind and accommodating; they don’t speak English but the communication is fluent, and they’re always around the facilities to help. The rooms are good for the price, and the location is perfect—Avlabari Square is a 3‑minute walk (market, metro, bus, airport bus 337, taxi, Bolt…) and the cathedral is 5 minutes away. The balcony is cool, and they have laundry facilities. The bathroom was a wet shower with no separate shower plate, and there was no towel to dry the water, so it was a bit uncomfortable to share with a partner.

Proximity to downtown. No parking, small rooms. Other rooms smoke and we sense it
