The owners were super responsive and helpful, even offering to lend a hand with the TV.

The room was comfortable and the area beautiful, but without the security guard we would have had trouble getting to and into the van, since none of us could walk that far to get the key and pass. Leaving the pass with security or bar staff for late arrivals or those who can’t walk far might help.
The caravan location is excellent, but the on‑site pub could use a more upscale feel, and the lack of a pool was disappointing.

Finding the caravan was a bit tricky, but the host helped and that was great. It’s clean, though a bit small compared to cheaper options I’ve used. It has all the basics like cutlery and pans, so everything worked out fine. Clearer directions would have been better.
