The place was a good value for hiking in Vålådalen; I rented a room in a large building that has seven rooms with shared common areas, including a shower and toilet. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that didn’t go away even with the window fully open.

The house was very clean, and the kitchen and bathroom had everything needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A bus stop is right outside the door, a small shop and a restaurant with tasty regional dishes made the stay perfect!
