The hotel’s location makes it easy to move around Long Biên and get to the airport. The staff’s attitude and service are not professional, and there are no employees to help with luggage.

The location is near the hospital. The room is quite small, the toilet is also tiny… compared to the price and the 4‑star segment around the area, I would expect a larger, newer room with a bathtub.

The decor and rooftop pool were nice. The street view was disappointing. If you want to contact them, avoid WhatsApp or Booking; they didn’t reply to my messages at 8 am before I returned to the hotel that evening.
