As always, the stay was pleasant. I enjoy Flagship because the staff are friendly and the rooms have a kitchenette and balcony. The only downside was that the tub would hold water after a shower, which is a minor issue.

We've booked at Flagship since 2011. We love the location and views, and the facilities are good; the units we usually reserve are comfortable and clean. This time, however, there were roaches in our unit. We were only booked for an overnight stay but left at 2:30 am because we couldn't sleep with bugs crawling on the wall.

I liked the location and the fact that the property has a kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, plus Jacuzzis and an on‑site restaurant. The room was clean enough but needed some updates: the dishwasher racks were missing wheels, the microwave was starting to rust, and the mattress covers looked worn after the sheets and pillowcases were removed.

The spot and balcony were great, offering a nighttime city view. The elevator was a hassle during rush hours, especially on higher floors where you had to wait a long time to leave.
