The staff were extremely helpful and polite, great job. The pillow hurt my neck and the bedding leaked, which made the four‑day stay uncomfortable, but aside from that it was excellent 👍 I liked it.

The mattresses were hard and plastic‑like; they should warn that this is a high‑turnover hotel and separate guests who will stay overnight.

Nothing good. From the moment I arrived the experience was awful. First, the location was bad. The receptionist had a totally displeased look. We reached the room and the bed had no sheets, no linens, nothing! It was as hard as dry cement, and the bathroom offered no comfort. I asked the receptionist to bring linens and comfort items, but it took over an hour to deliver them (I arrived at 01:00 hrs because my flight was cancelled, so it was late). When they finally brought the bedding, I was shocked: they only gave me a thin blanket that wasn’t even washed, it smelled used, body‑like. So I slept uncovered, on a bed with no sheets, on a hard mattress. In short, it was a horrible experience, so bad that I didn’t even want to stay for breakfast, grabbed my stuff, and left for the airport early.
