Jungala Hotel at VidantaWorld Riviera Maya

Everything was flawless! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially the ladies at the Concierge Service and the drivers of the Transportation Service, as well as all other employees on the property. The resort itself felt like a dream. Overall, it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. A back‑oven or mini‑oven in the kitchen would have been handy, but that’s a small detail to push service from 100 % to 110 %. In the end, everything was perfect.

It was very nice. The service is wonderful, and everything ends there. To reach the restaurants, beach, pools, spa center, and the main entrance where our rental car was, you have to find transport, which is basically golf carts for about 10 people. The complex has stops from which these carts pick you up. The beach is nice, but only for sitting; you can’t get into the water because from the start there are big stones and there’s no chance to enter unless you wear thick‑sole boots. Because of the jungle‑like design of the complex, at night the dampness creates a terrible smell, and you can’t sit on the terrace due to the stench. All in all, we would never return.

“Jungala the place to be with family ❤️”
