“Attention, arnaque !!!”
Arriving around 23:00, we realized the hotel had been gone for a while! It’s a scam! Unfortunately, they didn’t even respond to our messages sent to customer service, and there was no support to find a solution.

Book the room with the balcony—otherwise it’s too noisy from other guests. The staff tried to be helpful and gave us everything we needed. Inside, it was very cold, and you could see your breath during breakfast. The staff spoke limited English, so the interactions felt shallow; we didn’t sense the warmth of hospitality mentioned elsewhere. Breakfast service was awkwardly slow—food arrived first and got cold before we could get plates to eat it.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was prepared especially for us at the time we wanted and was plentiful and fresh. The house is very pretty and charming; the room is a bit small but has everything you need. The house is tucked in a narrow alley, but there’s a parking spot nearby (about 3 € per night). Because of the location, the house is very quiet, which is also pleasant.

From the moment I booked, Haytam and the whole team kept me in the loop and answered everything quickly, even though I arrived late. The room was solid, had a nice terrace, and they cleaned it every day. The riad sits just far enough from the medina’s buzz to stay quiet, yet you can walk to everything in about 10 minutes. Breakfast was solid too. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly—thanks a lot, Haytam, for your helpfulness. The shower was roomy, and they brought extra blankets because it wasn’t warm enough. Ignore the previous guests’ comments. A group of Spanish guests started making noise at 6 am, and then they dared to criticize the Riad. For us, it was a great value for money.
