We were given the wrong room and the staff made up three different excuses, laughing when I pointed it out. They refused to change it, denied a partial refund for the cheaper room, and wouldn’t let us cancel because the room wasn’t suitable for our family. We left after just one day. The staff seemed experienced at dismissing unhappy guests and didn’t care. Food choices were limited, the facilities clearly needed renovation, and everything looked grey.
