“Un cadre exceptionnel et une restauration remarquable, mais une expérience de service qui gagnerait vraiment à être plus”
The setting is absolutely stunning, right on the ocean, and the food was one of the best resort meals we’ve had—great quality, plenty of options, and a truly memorable culinary experience. The resort itself is beautiful and perfect for a few family days of relaxation. The main flaw was the service quality and especially the lack of smoothness. Almost every request seemed to get a negative reply first, and we had to push for a solution, which happened several times and ultimately dampened the overall experience. For a property of this caliber, we expected a more client‑centric culture, with better anticipation and a willingness to solve issues spontaneously. We paid about $600 extra for two adjacent rooms at the “Level,” but the bed layout wasn’t suitable for our family when we arrived. The air‑conditioning in our room also didn’t work properly. Even simple requests felt complicated. When I forgot my beach bag, a staff member told me the hotel had them for villas; I asked if I could borrow one, offering to return it before we left, but it was denied. On its own, that detail is minor, but combined with the other situations it paints a clear picture: a beautiful property, yet we didn’t always feel truly valued as guests.
