Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek na Mazurach! Piękna lokalizacja, cisza, natura i bardzo klimatyczne glampingi. Wszystko zadbane i dopracowane, a widoki robią ogromne wrażenie. Idealne miejsce na relaks i oderwanie się od codzienności. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Location at the lake is nice. When we arrived at tent no. 6 on 12 September, it was clearly not cleaned (at least not anywhere near properly). There were many hairs of different colours and lengths in the bed, on the sheets and throughout the tent. The sheets and the bathroom floor mat had visible stains, and the toilet brush holder was filthy. We did not feel comfortable staying. Photos attached. I reported this to Lake Glamp through the chat on the day of arrival (!). The reply only came the next morning. Staff apologised, said they would inspect the tent, and promised to contact to arrange a refund of at least half the cost. When I asked for an update on 17 September, the manager withdrew this. She said that problems must be reported on the day of arrival so the host can fix them, and that we had not done this. That is not true, as chat timestamps show. At no point after my report did anyone offer to clean the tent again or move us to another one. Instead, she said the reservation could not be refunded because of their commission to , and offered only a voucher for a future stay, which is, as I told her, of no use to us, as we will not be returning to the area. piękne miejsce z widokiem na jezioro , namiot petarda -klimat , wyposażenie ,jesteśmy mega zadowoleni. Blisko sklepy , ściezki rowerowe , restauracje .Cisza ,spokój .Polecamy z całego serca
