Nothing positive to mention. The room cost a thousand hryvnias and was covered in mold; the shower was unusable because water pooled in the stall and barely drained, leaving the whole bathroom flooded. I had to scoop, scrub and wring the water out by hand. There was no screen on the windows, so mosquitoes and other bugs kept coming in. The elderly man who greeted us was extremely pushy, just lingered in the room and kept trying to tell unnecessary stories. If we hadn’t needed to stay two nights we would have left immediately. Absolutely terrible – avoid this place.

The room wasn’t very clean and the staff’s attitude left something to be desired, but overall it wasn’t bad.

The place is very well situated, everything is within easy reach for walks and shopping, and there’s a convenient parking lot. A small balcony opens onto a cozy courtyard. The staff are pleasant. The stairs on the upper floor are quite steep, so it may not suit people with knee problems, but if you don’t have that issue it’s not a problem.

Nothing special. The owner forgot to invest in proper maintenance, so you constantly have to call the on‑call staff to let you in or out. The furniture layout in the room is also an issue.
