We encountered bugs in our room—silverfish and flies. After moving to a different room, the bathroom cleanliness was still lacking, with dust and pubic hair present.

Everything was good, and there was a nice selection of food. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea, but overall it was fine.

The breakfast was good, offering plenty of options.

Breakfast was excellent, but the seating layout could be improved to move people along when they’re finished; many sat chatting for ages, leaving others without a place to sit. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, though the nightly rate was high.
