Hotel California

The location was convenient for the places we needed to go, but the hotel didn’t honor the booking made through Booking; they gave us a single room with one bed instead of the double room we had paid for. I pointed out the reservation details that specified a double room, yet the receptionist refused to accept that, insisting we pay the extra difference and even suggested we pay the higher price directly at the hotel, claiming we shouldn’t have used Booking. She insisted the system showed it that way but never asked for the PIN or reservation password, and I didn’t know where to go to clarify this, so I felt the reservation wasn’t respected 😔😔😔

“Estancia agradable”

The beds were comfy, spacious, and clean. The minisplit worked great and the location was excellent. The only downside was that there was only one outlet, so we couldn’t charge phones or hair straighteners at the same time for all three of us.

The price, location, and quality were all on point – everything you need for a stay. The only issue was the very serious young man on night shift; otherwise everything was fine.
