The owner was pleasant and very helpful, the breakfasts were huge and delicious, the rooms were spacious and clean with very comfortable beds, the garden was beautiful where you could sit and enjoy fresh fruit like apples, pears, nectarines, and peaches. At our request the owner made us wonderful skewers and showed us where to buy authentic Armenian wine, which turned out to be cheaper and better than what you can buy on the road. We recommend staying here with a clear conscience.

This house was the best equipped we visited on our trip to Armenia. The owner was very polite and helpful in all sorts of ways: he gives you cold water for the journey, provides you with cold Coke if yours is warm (because it sat in the car all day), and gives you fruit from the garden. The breakfast was very rich.

The hospitality and kindness of Samuel were outstanding, the house was spotless, the dinner was spectacular with wine and vodka, and the breakfast was fantastic with homemade jam.

Everything was fine, a pleasant host, the center was very clean, the food was delicious. Classic Armenian hospitality. Nothing negative.
