“Make sure you are not given room 624 and get to breakfast early but excellent location,”

I started my day with a tasty omelet, and the convenience of having Chic‑fil‑A and Chipotle right next door was a bonus, plus the Metro was just a short walk away. But the room 624 was a nightmare: it sat between an exit door, a machine room, and the hotel laundry room which was out of order. There was a door that led nowhere, and the blackout curtains didn’t block the light that seeped in from under and around that useless door, giving the impression someone had just shoved a room into the space. I didn’t know there would be a parking fee until I got there, and I wasn’t told beforehand that a certain amount would be charged to my card and refunded at checkout. When I went to breakfast at 8:30 AM, the pancakes and French toast were either dry or rubbery, or both, making it hard to cut them—definitely not as fresh as it should be.

“Enjoyed my stay but am very annoyed by the over charge for my room.”

Breakfast was pretty good, and the room was spotless. However, I was charged more than what my agreement stated, and the overcharge hasn’t been corrected on my account even after four days post‑checkout. The parking fee of 16 a day was higher than I expected, but I agreed to pay that amount, not the extra overcharge. I also dislike that my account was debited without me being informed of the exact amount; if I had known, I could have stopped the charge before it happened.

The hotel was immaculate, the rooms were lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was that my stay was very short.
