Room service was good, yet the fan in our room was defective and no one bothered to fix it after multiple complaints.

I can walk straight to the metro, and the front desk and restaurant staff were polite and helpful, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were tasty. The only downside was the bed linen and pillows.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very well‑behaved and extremely polite. I loved the location, which made my solo trip feel very comfortable, and as a woman I would give this place a 10 out of 10 for safety. The only complaint was that the food menu was a bit overpriced.
