The view from the room and the large bath were excellent. No complaints.
The view was great and the lounge, which anyone could use, was reasonably well equipped; the other guests were courteous, making it comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was faulty – it would suddenly turn scalding hot or icy cold. When I reported it, they said keeping it below 40 °C would make it somewhat stable, but the cause was unknown and they should have warned me earlier; I almost got burned.

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel felt clean and pleasant. Parking nearby was scarce, and when a spot wasn’t available you had to walk up a steep hill, which is tough for older guests. The onsen was wonderful, but the shower pressure was far too low and the shampoo and conditioner in the room were terrible. Since the hotel doesn’t serve meals, I looked for nearby options but found few, they closed early, and there was no convenience store close by.

The rooms are nice, clean, modern, and comfortable with everything needed for a pleasant stay; a sea‑view room offers a truly beautiful outlook. The staff were very friendly and did their best to help despite occasional language barriers. We liked the lobby and common area, which is well designed and equipped, featuring a microwave, hot‑water and coffee machine for reheating food. The hotel itself has no restaurant but offers frozen meals that can be heated, plus a wide selection of drinks. A major downside is the bathroom: people with tattoos are not allowed to use it, and this restriction isn’t clearly communicated beforehand, so clearer booking information would be appreciated. English is still a bit difficult for the staff, yet they remain friendly. A car is almost essential for the location, but parking spaces are limited, which can be problematic when the hotel is full. The lobby could be a bit larger; when the hotel is fully booked it can feel cramped for eating. Since there are few restaurants nearby, this area is especially important.
The hot spring was amazing. I would like the bath to stay open a little later.
