The location was good and the interior décor lovely. At night the climate was loud, the thermostat in both booked rooms was broken, and the refrigerator in the room made noise. There was a kettle but nothing to cook with. The shower was open, leaving everything wet afterward. The parking lot was huge but paid.

Breakfast was nice, the room was clean and pleasant. Parking was a major problem. It turns out that people arriving via Booking have to pay for parking at the hotel. The front desk clerk was not knowledgeable about parking and even misled us. The parking is not part of the hotel; the payment is to an external provider. There is no way to park in the hotel area except in that external parking lot. At the end of the stay, when we came to pay, the payment device was broken, we went to the hotel but they couldn’t help and suggested we pay via some website. We paid on the site, but when we returned to the country we discovered a problem with the charge on the site and were required to pay an additional fee including a penalty from the rental company. Very disappointing.

The room and common areas were super pleasant, and the full breakfast was great. I imagine that in full winter the views from the common areas would be completely different since there is a ski slope and chairlifts that don’t stand out in September, when there’s only grass and nothing else. The staff were friendly, and we were surprised at check‑out when a young Spanish woman attended us, so we could converse in our native language from Norway!
