Bellevue Hotel

“טוב לשהייה של לילה אחד.”

The location is great, and there’s nothing negative to mention.

The location and cleanliness are good, but the windows don’t close properly and the room stays cold.

“Hôtel bon marché vieillot, quartier peu sûr”

The friendly evening receptionist, the smiles from the breakfast staff, and the overall staff were pleasant, and there’s a Rewe supermarket just next door. The location is in a less recommended neighborhood, even though it’s handy near Hauptbahnhof; there’s no sound insulation, the breakfast selection is limited, the room had two single beds instead of the double bed I booked, and the soap dispenser in the shower is broken and unusable.

There was nothing positive about my stay; my overall experience at Lavandula Hotel was miserable and extremely disappointing, so I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff behaved very rudely and unprofessionally, no iron was provided because they claim they don’t offer it, the air conditioning didn’t work at all, and despite multiple complaints the staff made no effort to fix it, merely telling us the entire AC system was down and suggesting we use the ceiling fan or open the window; overall it was a very disappointing experience because of the poor staff attitude and lack of basic facilities and assistance.
