The house feels very family‑like, with a friendly, dedicated staff. It’s in a quiet spot just a stone’s throw from Merano, and public transport is free. Rooms vary, but we received an upgrade to a large, tasteful room. Thanks again. The breakfast is good in a pleasant setting.

We booked for the wrong day and were told we could cancel and get a refund, but that never happened—later we learned it was a lie. If we’d known, we’d have stayed on the date we actually booked. Everything was terrible.

We felt very comfortable around the hotel. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, sunny balcony, pool, and sauna every day. The breakfast was very tasty and we lacked nothing. The hotel’s location is convenient, as you only need to walk a few steps down the main street to reach a bus stop. The buses run frequently in both directions, so you don’t have to wait long. A water kettle or a coffee machine in the room would be nice. One more tip for the showers at the pool and sauna: if there were shower gel there, you wouldn’t have to shower again in the room, saving some water.

Sehr schönes, ruhiges sauberes und komfortables Hotel. Das Frühstück war super lecker und gesund auch der Pool und sauber Bereich war alles sehr sauber. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bisschen weit weg von Bushaltestelle wenn man zu Fuß nicht so fit ist sonst war alles sehr schön
