I was annoyed by the staff chatting loudly even when I was standing right in front of them, and the maintenance crew was constantly noisy—really loud. The food was just average, and overall nothing good.

The property looked like it was still under construction and messy, and the staff seemed seriously undertrained.

We, a group of 7 arrived at Cresta, after waiting for 30 minutes we got the news that the reservation is cancelled because of the renovations… After another 30 minutes I decided to go to the neighbouring hotel what was much better… Cresta you really let us down… you will never see us again. thanks for waisting our time…. everything

The breakfast was excellent. The location was unexpected.I thought when i booked that it was much closer to Maun center not realising there are 2 hotels. It didn't actually matter as we caught the shuttle to and from the hotel but it might be an idea to offer a choice. The ongoing building was a downside
