Breakfast was lacking.

The lobby area looked nice and the room was clean, but the system was down during check‑in, another guest entered our room with a key, the bed made loud noises every time you move, and they didn’t have a hot breakfast.

The establishment is fully comfortable and well equipped, we sleep well, the rooms are comfortable, the gym is quality; however, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast on the second day—at 08h everything was almost empty and all the appliances were out of service.

I found the place filthy and the staff was rude, so I definitely won’t return. The rooms were a mess and never cleaned.

was a little “ glitchy “ when I booked we was not aware when I booked that 4 rooms were booked and paid for when it was for 4 people , 2 rooms . I thought it was a bit expensive when I booked but wasn’t sure with the US dollar an$ was not advised that I had 4 rooms until I arrived at the hotels reception to check in . I have I used booking .com many times but very disappointed with what happened and the cost
