The room feels cozy and the facilities are new, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner are delicious, though the public area feels a bit small compared to Alaya Resort.

The location is great, and the staff are very friendly, but the hotel restaurant is simple, the food is very limited, and it isn’t tasty.

The lobby décor is zen‑inspired, trying to evoke Hoshino, the Japanese hotel chain; the breakfast could use more variety and higher quality, and we’d appreciate more dresser drawers to store our clothes; the bathroom sink water doesn’t drain fully because of poor design; the front desk staff need better training, as they didn’t know guests could keep room keys after checkout; the complimentary afternoon tea is a joke, with too few items that don’t taste good.

The building is beautiful, but the neighboring building had very loud performances into the night, preventing us from sleeping due to the noise.
