Our room was very beautiful and the sauna area is truly worth recommending. The glass bottle situation in the sauna area feels unjustified for this price range. When I want to drink a glass of wine in the quiet zone, I can only take it in a paper cup, which doesn’t fit this price level. I would like guests to receive a more exclusive gastronomic treatment in this area, because the food there tasted very good. Praise to the kitchen.

The wellness area was good. At breakfast, my personal opinion: natural yogurt was missing.

The pre‑check‑in was done from home. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast offered a lot of variety.

The rooms are the strongest point. We had two very different units, a suite in the manor house and an apartment in the warehouse, both generously sized and comfortably furnished. Plenty of space to spread out, even with travel luggage. The spa area is noticeably more varied than in most hotels of this size; you can spend half a day there without it getting boring. The access starts at 2 pm on the arrival day and continues until the morning of departure, which is very convenient. Breakfast falls short compared to the rest. It’s tightly scheduled and crowded, you sit close together and can’t really relax. The hotel is heavily geared toward families with small children, and the dining options follow that target group. Those looking for a quiet morning or a more adult selection will not find it here. The food in the spa area ranges from average to solid.
