“A charming hotel”

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It is such a charming and special place. The hotel has a wonderful Japanese atmosphere, with beautiful Japanese artworks throughout the lobby and common areas. The corridors and room entrances have a unique design that looks like a traditional Japanese street, complete with street lights and little house entrances. The rooftop outdoor bath was great, with a beautiful view over the city. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, with a great variety of dishes and salads. The spacious guest lounge was also a nice touch, with free hot and cold drinks, including alcoholic drinks. It was not possible to open the window in our room

The room felt bright and spacious, perfect for just relaxing, and the lobby level offered solid drink service that would be ideal for families or groups of friends, while couples would also find the room more than adequate. I have no complaints at all.

“This place gives execptional ryokan and onsen experience!”

The onsen is superb! We can also use the onsen at the sister hotel, Shintaki, for free, which is only a 5‑minute walk. The room and its facilities are very clean, the amenities are thoughtful and from a reputable brand. They provide snacks every day in the room, and also lounge access that offers unlimited coffee, tea and sake, already included in your room fee. The staff are helpful and can speak English well. The location can only be reached by car, 10‑15 minutes. The hotel can help order for you every time but expect a waiting time of 10‑15 minutes.
