The staff were polite and the environment was warm and clean; I would visit again. A single mini fridge could be added to the room.

Everything was fantastic! I love how they keep improving each time. The price‑value‑parking‑proximity to Tarnovo combo is superb.

The location is good. There are no showers, no hot water, the outlets are broken and the cables are frayed.

Everything was wonderful! The room was clean, the staff were responsive and helped me arrange late‑night transport during my stay, since I was car‑less.
