Fulvio was incredibly helpful, handling check‑in and check‑out via WhatsApp with ease. He also shared many great viewpoints and local spots, making my Naples stay truly enjoyable. The location sits right in the heart of the tourist area, which is fantastic. My room was spotless, and a small window in the shower offered a lovely view of Naples. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I return to Naples!

オーナーさんが到着日に連絡をくださり、ローマからの列車到着が遅れたこともあり、予定時間より少し遅くなってしまったのですが、無事にお会いすることができました。 遅れたことをお詫びしたら、イタリアでは列車の遅れはよくあることだからと笑顔で歓迎してくださいました。 とにかく、オーナーさんが優しくて親切で、着いたばかりでしたが、次回も絶対にここに泊まろうと思いました。 おいしいお菓子をプレゼントしてくださり、とても嬉しかったです。 カードキーが作動するかどうか、私が自分でもできるようにトライさせてくれて、きちんと確認してくださいましたので安心して過ごすことができ、良かったです。 お水が１日１本無料でサービスがありました。 冷蔵庫も冷えていましたし、大きめの机、タンスもあり、部屋は広くとても使いやすかったです。 ベッドは少し柔らかめでした。 シャワー、洗面台も特段問題はありませんでした。 人通りの多い場所にあるので、遅い時間も不安なく歩けましたし、レストランも近くにたくさんあり、地下鉄の駅からも近いので便利だと思いました。 ナポリは治安があまり良くないイメージが強くて、着くまでは少し不安でしたが、オーナーさんが優しく出迎えてくださったおかげで、その不安もなくなり、楽しくナポリ観光ができました！. 特にありません。

The room was immaculate. Fulvio and Roberta were extremely helpful from start to finish. The location was perfect, and our room was on the fourth floor of a building but accessible by elevator. They even gave us some small gifts. We’ll definitely stay at Domus Sibyllina again. Thank you, see you next time! Everything is perfect!!!
