“RAMYBĖ”
I stayed at a cozy cabin with a sauna, situated off‑road beside a small pond with water lilies. The cabin itself is snug, with a sauna, a terrace and a small roof. The kitchenette has a tiny fridge. The surroundings are tidy, and the host supplied firewood for the stove and the grill. I didn’t encounter any bugs. The nearest supermarket is Dzūkus, just a few kilometres away, not too far. Pets are welcome. I was there for less than six nights, so I didn’t notice much about the wardrobe or the basic storage. Since I only had a small dog, the luggage was not a problem. The table seemed a bit large, leaving more space in the room. Unless many people gather, that’s fine. The boiler or whatever heats the water makes a loud noise when it starts, and it shut off a few times. You can’t really compare such a sauna cabin to a hotel. A small TV would be nice, and a bigger fridge would help.
