The central location and good beds. The staff were absent, reachable only via WhatsApp and poor at English, and no information was available. The breakfast that was supposed to be included was just a basket of plastic‑wrapped cakes and biscuits left on the kitchen counter when we arrived, and it was supposed to cover the whole week. A place called Bed and Breakfast should serve proper breakfast. The elevator from the second floor had a stair lift, but I couldn’t use it even though I was walking with crutches after an operation. There was a lot of outside noise in the evenings and at night, and because the house was being renovated, we were woken by knocks on the wall on weekdays. Stairs in the middle of the room and in the bathroom made it not handicap‑friendly.

“Bilo je razocaravajuce.”

Lokacija je super. U samom centru grada na par minuta od Teatro Masimo. Apartman je bio cist. 1) Wifi nije imao sve vreme , morali smo sa kupimo internet da bi obavljali svakodnevne obaveze. Osoblje je obecavalo da ce popraviti ali interneta nije bilo ! 2) Ne znaju engleski ! 3) jedva odgovore na poruku. U jednom momentu smo mislili da je prevara. 4) Dorucak koji je ukljucen u cenu nije zapravo dorucak , vec kroasan i kafa. 5) Tus ne radi dobro

Only the central location near Teatro Massimo. The owner was absolutely unwelcoming, the property was not clean, and the breakfast consisted of packaged snacks and instant coffee. The shower lacked a door and water splashed everywhere. The room curtain was broken and didn’t close, so light always came in at night, and we even found a cockroach. We had to ask for toilet paper because it wasn’t left for us. When we mentioned this to the owner, she replied very annoyed and dismissive.

“Zentral, aber laut”

The location is spot on, right in the heart of the city. The room was roomy and clean, but the windows are poorly sealed, so street noise is loud. The shower is cramped and the tap has been patched with silicone and a sponge, yet it still wobbles; a permanent fix or a different solution is needed. Breakfast was basically a basket of five crackers, madeleines, and prepackaged snacks—more of a snack selection than a proper breakfast. Communication was lacking: we were asked when we'd arrive but never told the keys were at the front desk, and there was no info about the checkout process.

The historic center was nearby but noisy, and the building was poorly maintained: the wardrobe was broken, the bathroom sink and shower door were damaged, the toilet was extremely dirty, the room windows were filthy, there was old dust under the bed, the breakfast was embarrassing with supermarket snacks past their expiry, coffee was missing, and the machine had no capsules—overall the price didn’t match the condition.
