The place was clean, but the shower had no hot water, they didn't give bath towels, and the hand towels were barely there.

Everything was comfortable and very clean, though the location is a bit far from the center, yet public transport is available.

The facilities are new, yet the rooms lack furniture for storing belongings, mirrors and hangers in the bathrooms are missing for comfortable and dignified use. The staff didn’t use the app and I was asked to cancel the reservation, so they changed the agreed terms. Traveling with small children, we accepted the request, but when we used the premises we discovered the shortcomings and the great distance from Tacna’s center, because it isn’t actually in Tacna but in an emerging district that isn’t residential as described.
