The location was great and the room was simple and clean; since it was a night flight I was able to leave my luggage after checkout and on the last day I could grab breakfast at a nearby cafe that was already bustling and tasty. On Saturday the pub next door was noisy, so if you prefer a quiet room that might be tough (I now understand why earplugs were provided). The building is old and not high‑rise, so without an elevator it’s hard to carry heavy luggage.

Weekend breakfasts were excellent and the spot is right in the city centre, perfect for transport and shopping. It gets a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights; the window won’t seal against music and early‑morning revelers, but ear buds were supplied. Not a big issue, just the expected city nightlife noise.

The room was clean, spacious and good. The first‑floor restaurant offered a free drink voucher and unlimited bottled water, which was helpful. Because the restaurant is below, music and chatter can be heard until about 12 am; not recommended for those who care.

The location is unbeatable, the bed was comfy, and the room was roomy and spotless, but there was a lot of noise leaking through gaps in the door and windows, plus the window itself was broken.
