“Indifferent attitude toward cleanliness and hygiene”
There were worms in the upma, the idlis were rock hard, the staff were indifferent when I complained, a weird smell and smoking odor lingered in the rooms, and there were dozens of cockroaches in room 207; when I reported it to management the staff still acted indifferent, and I lost a silver ring that the housekeeping staff denied finding later that evening, even though the room had already been used by another party.

The staff were friendly, but the rooms smelled bad, so I gave it a 6.0.
“Passable. Not cheap at 2K+”
The front‑desk team was very helpful, and the room was spacious with a comfy bed and decent breakfast, earning a 6.0; however, the rooms and toilets were smelly, the hotel sits near an industrial zone with lots of pollution, and there’s hardly any parking space.
